Job description: Building Services EngineerBristolSalary up to £41,000 – dependent on experience.TSR are working with a nationwide Facilities Management company looking to add Mobile Building Services Engineer to their ranks to cover Bristol and the surroundings area.Our Client is looking for:
- Building Services Engineer’s – Mechanical Bias
- Building Services Engineer’s – Electrical Bias
- Building Services Engineer’s – Air Conditioning Bias
The ideal candidate will have the following essential skills:
- Building Services Engineer’s – Mechanical Bias – plumbing level 2 qualification or equivalent
- Building Services Engineer’s – Electrical Bias – level 3 in electrical installation and 17th edition or equivalent
- Building Services Engineer’s – Air Conditioning Bias – level 2 in refrigeration and air conditioning and FGAS or equivalent
- A Positive ‘can do’ attitude
- Able to work on own or as part of a team
- A good knowledge of Health & Safety
